Skills Conquer All, Too!
Jesús Naidenoff is a Venezuelan Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt based in Miami. He began training in 2010 and earned his Black Belt under Zé Mario Sperry in 2024. He coaches beginners, experienced practitioners and competitors, focusing on decision-making, adaptability, and performance through a training approach influenced by Ecological Dynamics and the Constraints-Led Approach.
The Constraints-Led Approach
BJJ is unpredictable. The Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) develops skills through live situations, teaching students to recognize opportunities, make decisions, and adapt against resistance.
I organize training around 12 key areas of BJJ. Through longer, goal-based games with fewer restrictions, students explore different solutions, adapt to resistance, and develop effective skills rather than memorizing fixed techniques.
Students spend more time solving real Jiu-Jitsu problems under resistance, developing timing, balance, pressure, decision-making, adaptability, and conditioning. The goal is not to copy my Jiu-Jitsu, but to understand the problem and build your own solutions.
